One of the most important things as a coach is for me to figure out my clients why. Finding out your why gives you that driving power to stick with a goal, to conquer your dreams, to show up each day, and to dream BIG.
So let me tell you my why.
Why am I a life, Mindset, and imperfect coach I ask myself?
Because for many years I lived with self-doubt. Afraid of what others were thinking about me, Afraid of what others would think or say if I was 'different' or did anything outside of the norm. Like everything I talked about over on the Home page, I was afraid to be ME.
I do not want you to be afraid to be YOU. You had a one in a trillion chance of being born. That is how small a chance it was that your parents would meet. But they did meet, and you were born.
You were born to live. To live a life that brings you joy, happiness, learning, growth. A life that gives you meaning and purpose. A life that makes you go to bed at night feeling grateful and excited for tomorrow.
A life that makes you wake up in the morning ready to own the day, living this day as if it was your last.
You were born to live YOUR life. Not somebody else's. So now is your time to start doing that, and I can help you.
Why? Because why not!!
